In total, 39 land plots were auctioned, reflecting significant interest in the area&#8217;s development.<\/p>\n<p>Participants had the chance to acquire plots designated for hotels of various types, apartments, restaurants, and other essential tourism and engineering infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>The &#171;Ala-Too Resort&#187; administration believes this auction will draw in further investments and facilitate the erection of new tourism-related facilities.<\/p>\n<p>Work on essential infrastructure is ongoing. Current efforts include establishing water supply and drainage systems, setting up treatment facilities, and enhancing energy infrastructure along with installing cable cars.<\/p>\n<p>Two cable cars, measuring over 4 kilometers in total, are ready for use. Additionally, the construction of four more cable cars is underway, and design work for the initial ski slopes is also progressing.
