The concluding stage of the land auction at «Ala-Too Resort» has recently wrapped up, resulting in the sale of eight additional lots. In total, 39 land plots were auctioned, reflecting significant interest in the area’s development.
Participants had the chance to acquire plots designated for hotels of various types, apartments, restaurants, and other essential tourism and engineering infrastructure.
The «Ala-Too Resort» administration believes this auction will draw in further investments and facilitate the erection of new tourism-related facilities.
Work on essential infrastructure is ongoing. Current efforts include establishing water supply and drainage systems, setting up treatment facilities, and enhancing energy infrastructure along with installing cable cars.
Two cable cars, measuring over 4 kilometers in total, are ready for use. Additionally, the construction of four more cable cars is underway, and design work for the initial ski slopes is also progressing. The first phase of «Ala-Too Resort» is slated to open in December 2026.
